I am an integrative guide, song carrier, and ceremonialist devoted to healing through presence, ritual and ancestral wisdom.
My path has been shaped by over a decade of intense soul-work, marked by crisis, initiation, and healing. My experience with Lyme disease, extreme heavy metal and mold toxicity, and a near-death car accident were opportunities to practice surrender, trust, and devotion.
These initiations — alongside the intensity of working with master plant teachers and the experience of building a wellness community have become the living roots of my work.
Since 2015, I’ve been immersed in ceremonial work with sacred plants, bridging indigenous and modern traditions. I’ve had the honor of sitting with teachers and elders from North and South America while also exploring eastern philosophies through Buddhist and Tantric practices.
Along the way, I’ve committed myself to a lifelong path of learning through studies of herbalism, somatics, parts work, grief tending, meditation, and ancestral healing—these inform my practice today. I am devoted to a vegetalista path and pursuing my MA in Integrative Psychedelic Therapy.
I walk with a strong sense of kinship to my recent blood ancestors—those who immigrated to what is now called the United States (formerly Turtle Island). On my father's side, I come from Ashkenazi lineage by way of Romania, Belarus, and Poland. On my mother’s side, I am first-generation Irish. These roots and my ancestors guide and ground me in the healing work I share.
