I am an integrative guide and ceremonialist who weaves earth-honoring practices with psychology and somatics. I am known for my laugh, devotion to beauty, clear communication, and innate ability to manage chaos with ease.
In 2010, I began working with food as medicine. Five years later, I started to immerse myself in ceremonial work with master plants.
My path has been marked by crisis, initiation, and healing. My experience with invisible illness, the subsequent years of treatment, and a near-death car accident were opportunities for me to learn to surrender, trust, and enjoy the ride.
I have had the honor of learning from teachers and elders in North and South America, and my mindfulness practice stems from the Eastern philosophies of Buddhism and Tantra.
Bridging ancient wisdom with modern knowledge has led me to an experiential program where I am pursuing a Master of Arts in Integrative Psychedelic Therapy. My additional studies in communication, somatics, parts work, and biodynamic craniosacral therapy all inform my mentorship and ceremonial offerings.
I walk with a strong sense of kinship to my recent blood ancestors—those who immigrated to what is now known as the United States (Turtle Island). On my father's side, I come from Ashkenazi lineage by way of Romania, Belarus, and Poland. On my mother’s side, I am first-generation Irish. These roots and my ancestors guide and ground me in the healing work I share.
